Your inclusive school companion Hannover
At Hand in Hand, we see your child as a personality – not as a diagnosis. In Hannover, Isernhagen, and the Hannover region, our school assistance enables self-determined participation in school life. We work with heart and mind, building bridges wherever support is needed.

More than supervision: individual support
We accompany your child with autism, ADHD, as well as mental, social, or physical impairments – during lessons, breaks, and school activities. The goal is always: to strengthen independence and self-confidence so that genuine participation becomes possible.
Personal provider, dedicated contact persons
As a small provider, we know our families. We coordinate closely with schools and authorities, with over 10 years of experience and a team that regularly undergoes further training. The pedagogical management is in the hands of a state-recognized educator and social pedagogue B.A. – for you, this means: professional and empathetic support from a single source.
„We see you“ – our promise
We perceive every child in their uniqueness and adapt our support flexibly. For us, inclusion means: no one has to bend over backwards to belong. To achieve this, we communicate transparently with teachers and specialized agencies and pull together with you.
Application and consultation
The path to school assistance can seem bureaucratic – we won't leave you alone. We explain processes, requirements, and support you in coordinating with the responsible authorities. Feel free to write to us if you need guidance.
Career: Team Hand in Hand
Our pedagogical team brings high social competence and continuous further training. If you share „We see you“ as a lived attitude and would like to become active as a school companion in the region, we look forward to your application.
Hand in Hand for genuine participation
Whether you are a family looking for relief or a professional seeking a meaningful job – with us, people come together who take inclusion seriously. Together, we make school a place where every child can unfold their strengths.
